OEM & Custom Orders
OEM, private label, custom packaging, logo printing, and custom color orders may require minimum order quantities and additional production lead times.
Custom orders may not be canceled once production has started or materials have been prepared.
Warranty
Selected products may include a factory warranty period. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product model, supplier agreement, and order terms.
The warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, electrical damage, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation
Due to the nature of wholesale, OEM, private label, and international export orders, all sales are generally considered final.
Orders may not be canceled, refunded, or returned once production has started, custom packaging has been approved, or goods have been shipped from the factory.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing and confirming product specifications, quantities, voltage requirements, certifications, packaging details, and shipping information before order confirmation.
Elite Kitchen Supply LLC is not responsible for issues caused by improper use, local import restrictions, customs delays, third-party logistics providers, or shipping carrier delays.
Any visible shipping damage or product issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery together with supporting photos or documentation.
Shipping & Import Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for verifying local import regulations, certifications, duties, taxes, and compliance requirements in their destination country.
Shipping schedules and transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics conditions, or external factors beyond our control.
